Banana apple porridge
Ingredients
- ¾ cup capsicum cubes
- ¼ cup curds
- ¼ turmeric powder, ½ chilli powder
- 2 tbsp besan, 1 tsp cumin
- 2 tsp oil, salt to taste
Method:
- Combine the potatoes, turmeric, curds, besan, chilli powder
- Salt and water in a bowl and form a smooth paste.
- Heat oil , add mustard seeds and let the seeds splutter,add capsicum and paste. serve hot and sprinkle coriander leaves.
