A ladleful of dudhi mix soup and you are sure to feel so good, warm
and comforting. The thin dudhi or bottle gourd based soup is mixed with other vegetables, salt and pepper and served with a hint of
coriander leaves as garnish
3 cups chopped bottle gourd (doodhi / lauki)
1 cup chopped spinach (palak)
1 cup chopped tomatoes
1/2 cup chopped onions
1 garlic clove , chopped
salt and freshly ground black pepper powderto taste Method
Combine all the ingredients in a pressure cooker along with 2 cups of water and pressure cook for 3 to 4 whistles
Allow the steam to escape before opening the lid.
Transfer the contents in serving bowls and serve hot.
