Vegetable Oats Upma
Ingredients
- Sprouted wheat – ½ cup
- Cucumber -1/2 cup
- Garlic – 3 cloves
- Lemon juice – 3 lemons
- Tomatoes- 1 cup chopped
- Mint leaves- 1 tbsp
- Cabbage- 1 cup chopped
- Salt- to taste
Method:
- put the sprouted wheat in boiling water for 25 mins & cover it or pressure cook it.
- After soaking drain the water, add cucumber with salt
- In a bowl add lemon juice, garlic, salt & blend well.
- Transfer this dressing to sprouts bowl & mix well
- Then add tomatoes, cucumber, and cabbage, mix & adjust the seasoning accordingly
